• Work is done on a table that is brought with us, we never perform work on any of your prep tables, ever.

• We are very kitchen staff friendly and will ask them where they would like us to begin an install.

• Start the install at either the prep line or the hot line. The line always gets done first.

• All doors, drawers, reach in's and walk in units will be cleaned before a new gasket is installed.

• Repairs are usually done at the same time the gaskets are installed.

• If we notice a possible issue at install time, we will make the staff aware of the problem and fix it if possible.

• Gaskets are then heat sealed, to make sure they will hold the proper temperature. Temps are checked before we leave.

• We will go over the install with management, to make sure that they're happy with the job.

• After the installation & inspection is competed, we will clean up after ourselves including disposing the old gaskets.
